Refund and Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation. ​If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting the event organizers through the provided contact information on our website.

 

​Early bird tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant. Please contact the event organizer before doing so.

 

​ALL DEPOSITS are non-refundable.

 

​No trip transfers can be applied within 7 days of departure.

 

​Event Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by the organizers for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, registered participants will be eligible for a full refund.​

 

The organizers are not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of event cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.​
